یہ انتہائی افسوس ناک ہے کہ عمران خان ملک کو عدم استحکام سے دوچار کرنے کے خطرناک کھیل میں مصروف ہیں جب سے ان کی حکومت کو "عدم اعتماد تحریک" کے سیاسی اور آئینی طریقوں سے ہٹایا گیا تھا۔

انہوں نے مسلسل عدلیہ اور فوجی اداروں پر اپوزیشن کے آئینی اقدام کے دوران ان کا ساتھ نہ دینے کا الزام لگایا۔ حتیٰ کہ انہوں نے اداروں کی غیرجانبداری کو جانور سے بھی تشبیہ   قرار دیا۔ لیکن عجیب بات ہے کہ عدلیہ نے اس پر کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی۔ عمران خان کی اس غیر آئینی حرکت پر عدلیہ سوتی رہی۔ اس سے انہیں اپنی غیر آئینی مہم کو تیز کرنے کی ہمت ملی اور اس نے اسلام آباد کی طرف لانگ مارچ اور دھرنے کا اعلان کیا۔ انہوں نے اعلان کیا کہ ان کا دھرنا اس وقت تک جاری رہے گا جب تک اسمبلیاں تحلیل کرنے اور انتخابات کی تاریخ کا ان کا غیر قانونی مطالبہ پورا نہیں ہو جاتا۔

ان کے دونوں مطالبات غیر قانونی اور آئین کے خلاف ہیں۔ لیکن پھر بھی عدلیہ نے کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی۔

یہ بات ریکارڈ پر ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ نے فیض آباد دھرنا کیس کے مشہور فیصلے میں  سیاسی جماعتوں اور عوام کے حق  احتجاج کے آداب کے پیرامیٹرز کی وضاحت پہلے ہی کر دی ہے۔

سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کی روشنی میں مجوزہ لانگ مارچ اور دھرنا آئین اور سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کی خلاف ورزی ہے۔

 

 حکومت نے آج اس غیر آئینی مارچ اور دھرنے کو روکنے، شہریوں کے جان و مال کے تحفظ اور آئین اور سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کی پاسداری کے لیے کارروائی کا آغاز کیا ہے۔

یہ امر اہم ہے کہ عمران خان کی ان تمام غیر آئینی سرگرمیوں کا مقصد صرف اپنی حکومت کی تباہ کاریوں اور اپنے دور کی سیاہ کاریوں اور کرپشن کے مسائل سے  عوام کی توجہ ہٹانا ہے۔

جو لوگ اس کی حمایت کر رہے ہیں وہ زیادہ تر اشرافیہ اور اعلیٰ طبقے سے ہیں جنہوں نے اس کے دور اقتدار سے فائدہ اٹھایا یا چند احمق نوجوان۔ جبکہ پاکستانیوں کی اکثریت نے ہماری سیاسی تاریخ میں کبھی بھی ان کی حمایت نہیں کی۔

عمران خاں کی یہ پیدا کردہ کشیدہ صورتحال ریاست مخالف عناصر کو اس میں ملوث ہونے اور اپنے مقاصد کی تکمیل کا موقع فراہم کرتی ہے۔

امید ہے کہ حکومت آنے والے دنوں عوام کی  جان و مال کے تحفظ کے لیے مناسب اقدامات کرے گی۔ اس سلسلے میں عدلیہ اور اسٹیبلشمنٹ کو ان خطرناک حالات میں کسی بھی قسم کے 

تنازعات سے بچنے کے لیے اپنا بھرپور کردار ادا کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔

It is very sad that Imran Khan is engaged in the dangerous game of destabilizing the country ever since his government was removed from the political and constitutional methods of the "no confidence motion".

He continuously accused the judiciary and military institutions of not supporting him during the opposition's constitutional initiative. He even compared the neutrality of institutions to an animal. But it is strange that the judiciary did not take any action on it. Judiciary kept sleeping on this unconstitutional act of Imran Khan. This gave him the courage to intensify his unconstitutional campaign and he announced a long march towards Islamabad and a sit-in. They announced that their sit-in would continue until their illegal demand for dissolution of the assemblies and election date was met.

Both their demands are illegal and against the constitution. But still the judiciary did not take any action.

It is on record that the Supreme Court in the famous decision of Faizabad Dharna case has already defined the parameters of etiquette for political parties and people to protest.

In the light of the Supreme Court's decision, the proposed long march and sit-in is a violation of the Constitution and the Supreme Court's decision.

The government has today initiated action to stop this unconstitutional march and sit-in, to protect the lives and property of citizens and to uphold the Constitution and Supreme Court's decision.

It is important that the purpose of all these unconstitutional activities of Imran Khan is only to divert the attention of the people from the destruction of his government and the black affairs and corruption of his era.

Those who are supporting him are mostly from elites and upper class who benefited from his rule or few stupid youths. While the majority of Pakistanis have never supported him in our political history.

This tense situation created by Imran Khan gives an opportunity to the anti-state elements to get involved and achieve their goals.

It is hoped that the government will take appropriate measures to protect the lives and property of the people in the coming days. In this regard, the judiciary and the establishment need to play their full role to avoid any kind of conflict in these dangerous situations.
