Dr. Badshah Munir Bukhari
But
surprisingly, in the last decade or two, suddenly thousands of medical students
from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Egypt and other developing countries started
flocking to this country and there are a large number of medical universities
here. And colleges started being built. These universities have five to fifteen
campuses. I was in 2015 when I was the Director of Planning and Development at
University of Peshawar. It has been agreed to visit this country and all its
neighboring countries and I have seen the educational system of these countries
by visiting their universities and colleges.
The
educational institutions of Kyrgyzstan were very poor, and no one knew English,
everyone spoke in Kyrgyz and Russian, and in some places Uzbek was also spoken,
in their universities and colleges. Even basic facilities were not available.
It was a great desire of the Kyrgyz government to sign seven MoUs with
Pakistani universities. And these MoUs had the same basic objective that
Pakistani universities would persuade students whom they could not admit to
enroll in Kyrgyz universities where they would be given various concessions.
Even
their demand was somewhat justified. But the people who told all these things
and attracted the universities of Pakistan for the MoU were not Kyrgyz, but
they were Pakistanis who belonged to Lahore and some cities of Punjab. They
were not very educated and experts in the field of education. When I found out
from the Kyrgyz that they had hired these people as interpreters. So their
answer was very shocking.
That
all these people who are Indians, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis, Turks and Egyptians
are running educational institutions here. These people have invested a lot
here. The two Pakistani gentlemen I met. He was a travel agent. The pamphlets
they gave us during this period were hidden from Lahore. Those who were
surprised to read that there were only twelve years of education in medical
admission, and there was no other condition, and it was written on them that
the student would be given an MD degree in five years with 100% certainty. ,
which the same institutions were also taking the responsibility of passing from
the Medical and Dental Council of Pakistan.
This
would hardly happen anywhere in the world. The university I went to didn't have
anything to do with medical education so I didn't try to do much at the time,
but the agents there repeatedly offered to send students who would come through
you. We will give you a reasonable commission for it. And you become our
representative there. At which we laughed and avoided them. A large number of
hostels were built at a certain location in Bishkek housing thousands of
students and the management of these areas was in the hands of Pakistani and
mostly Indian people.
Going
to this area, it seemed as if the person had come to Pakistan and was roaming
somewhere in Lahore or Rawalpindi, but one difference was that there were
hundreds of Kyrgyz and Uzbek prostitutes following you everywhere and a few
hundred. She used to offer prostitution for Pakistani rupees. Seeing this
environment and situation, we did not spend more than 10 to 15 minutes there
and headed to our hotel knowing that we had a good and safe departure from
there.
The
few Pakistani students who were interviewed there said that there is no such
thing as study and practice there. But all students must pass and pay extra
money for better grades. The same situation was in the cities of Jalalabad and
Osh. There was such a large number of Pakistanis in these three cities that one
wondered how so many Pakistanis came here. Going to the campuses of the medical
colleges of the universities of these cities, it seemed that they were the
cities of Pakistan and India.
It's
amazing that we went to eat in different restaurants, but there was no one who
understood English, I could speak Uzbek, and if I found someone who spoke
Uzbek, I could have a conversation with him. All Pakistanis, Indians,
Bangladeshis and other nationalities were staying there in areas, houses and
hostels provided by their respective agents. The Kyrgyz people did not like
these non-natives much, and they believed that these outsiders were becoming a
bane for their lives.
On
my return from there, I tried many times to inform the higher authorities of
PMDC and Higher Education Commission about this. Bring this country to ban
medical education for Pakistani students, but despite efforts, I could not
succeed in this. Who are these people who are running medical colleges and
hostels here? So, the simple answer to this question is that there is an integrated
network of human traffickers operating in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt,
Iran, Turkey and many other countries that smuggle people from these poor
countries to various land and sea routes. Transported or shipped to Europe.
Their
relationship is very stable. Kyrgyzstan is a paradise for them because people
from these countries are brought here and stay for a month or more. They charge
a lot of money for this accommodation and food. And then send these people to
Europe through Kazakhstan and Belarus and many other routes. These routes are
much easier and less dangerous than Iran, Turkey and other regions. Kyrgyzstan
is supported by its student-easy policy, and from there, most people can easily
get visas for European countries.
Thus,
this country acts as a barrage for those who go to Europe illegally. Medical
colleges were established here to legitimize this work and then it grew to
become a huge business in itself. Pakistan's inconsiderate ruling and greedy
and bribery cabal let the graduates from these colleges pass the medical degree
validation exams here and these incompetent and incompetent people who are not
able to score 50% marks in FSC. They give them open permission and certificate
to play with human lives.
Currently,
thousands of Pakistani students are studying medicine in this country, for
which billions of dollars of foreign exchange is going from this country and as
a result, the degrees these people are returning with, their efficiency and
Capacity and expertise in the sector is very poor. Their admission and
examination system is not reliable. The moral standard of the students living
there has fallen a lot because in this mother-father-free society, where there
is a facility to quench the sexual appetite for a hundred Pakistani rupees, how
can people study there?
From
there these students are coming to this country with AIDS and other diseases.
Who will explain to the people of this country that becoming a doctor is not a
guarantee of a better life. If their children are not able to become doctors in
Pakistan, then take them to some other field from where they can succeed with
dignity and healthy life. Live your life. Why are they destroying the lives of
children by spending millions of rupees annually in a country which is worse
than Pakistan in terms of education.
And
why there is no one to ask those institutions of Pakistan government which are
becoming their facilitators. When they were banned four years ago, there must
have been a reason for that. Then who removed this ban and who passed these
thousands if not millions of degree holders in the PMDC exam and admitted them
to the government hospitals of Pakistan except the graduated doctors from the
top ranked medical colleges of Pakistan. Who gave the jobs?
Will
the reasons for changing PMDC to PMC ever be told to this nation? Will any
agency investigate the assets of those working in these institutions and the
assets abroad? Will any court dare to call them and ask them something? This is
not being done in secret but out in the open. Every year when the season
starts, hundreds of agents set up camps in big cities and now small towns and
villages to attract these students, human traffickers who are everywhere. There
are commissions for bringing in students.
Students
who are already there get a commission for attracting new students. In the
course of this commission, he lures his less fortunate relatives and other
children from the village and takes them there by telling them stories of
artificial heaven and degrees without hard work, if the data is extracted, more
of those children will turn out. Who will belong to the same district or same
town or village. I was surprised that people had sent their innocent girls
there. Can any sane father send his daughter to a place where their women work
as prostitutes and where most of the men work as brokers in this work? I am
These
agents get lost in the colorful picture of Kyrgyzstan and other countries like
it that these immature children see and the dreams that are shown to their
parents are indescribable. People take loans and sell land and invest all the
pension money on them. Which has no practical benefit. Powers in government
departments and institutions in this country are openly used for personal gain
and destruction of Pakistan.
But
no one asks. Then when an apocalypse breaks, every political party and
so-called social activists become active. And they go to great lengths to put
each other down politically. Higher Education Commission and PMDC are engaged
in these tasks instead of working for the betterment of educational institutions in the
country. If someone traces this business, many high-ranking officials of these
institutions will be involved in it. Otherwise, how can it be that no one can
speak English there and there is no practice of teaching medicine in Urdu, so
how can these students study there. A child who cannot score fifty percent here
where lakhs of students score more than ninety percent can study and learn in
another system. Pay the agent to get admission or go to their website and fill
the form and their agent in Pakistan will immediately prepare all the documents
for the visa within an hour but deposit the fee first. And within a day or two,
visas are issued and they are dispatched from here.
From
where the journey of destruction of these students begins and after five years,
this journey ends after constantly sucking the blood of their parents and
asking for money and having sex and these students return with the name of Dr.
Then they approach the hospitals for medical practice with recommendations and
bribes and those who can afford it get there by spending huge amounts of money
and those who can't do it spend years and sometimes decades in government and
private hospitals and clinics. They are going around or going somewhere and
working as doctors without PMDC certificate.
Human
trafficking is a heinous business that kills thousands of people every year,
thousands of Pakistanis lose billions of rupees to these traffickers every
year. But the government does nothing in this regard. This is the real business
of the medical colleges of Kyrgyzstan, just take out the records and see how
many Pakistanis traveled to Kyrgyzstan for education and how many returned, you
will be amazed. Strange country where they put cameras in each other's bedrooms
and don't understand how admissions can go on for twelve months of the year and
admissions happen once or twice at the beginning of the school year all over
the world.
But
in these so-called universities of Kyrgyzstan you can get admission anytime.
And our blind minds do not understand that this is a business of access to this
country for human trafficking and nothing else. These mafias and agents have
removed most of their advertisements and information from the internet and
social media in recent days when these incidents have occurred. They will go
underground for a few months and then with the help of priests of money, they
will be active again to rob the youth of Pakistan and our courts and
institutions will not crawl on their ears.
