Justice is Expected from the Military Courts, the Behavior of the Military Authorities During the Detention is Good, 9 Suspects of the May 9 incidents Approach the Supreme Court.

 

Islamabad (Reporters, Agencies, EWN) In the case against the trial of civilians in the military courts in the Supreme Court, 9 accused of the events of May 9 also approached the Supreme Court. A 5-member larger bench headed by Justice Ijazul Hassan will start hearing the case of 102 people arrested in the light of the events of May 9 and 10 from today. In the petitions, it has been argued that justice is expected from the military courts, the detention behavior of the military authorities is good, the court made us a party to the case, the parties to the military courts case submitted the petition in the Supreme Court through the advocate on record. has given the case of the military courts is pending in the Supreme Court, after the May 9 incident, as the accused are under the custody of the military authority, the behavior of the military authority during the detention is unexpectedly very good. 

The petitions said that we have full faith in justice from the military authority, the aggrieved parties in the case of military courts in the Supreme Court. In the petitions, it has been requested that the Supreme Court should make us a party in the case, the Supreme Court should make the party a party and order the military authority to complete the trial soon. In response, a stand has been taken that the trial of those who attacked the ISI Establishment Faisalabad and Cantonment Sialkot will also be conducted, the hearing of the case in the Supreme Court against the trial of civilians in military courts will begin on Monday at 11:30 am. 


It should be noted that the trial of civilians has started in military courts related to the May 9 tragedy, the accused are involved in attacks on military installations in GHQ, Corps Commander House Lahore, Faisalabad, Mianwali, Gujranwala, Bannu, the government informed the Supreme Court. The written reply further states that those who are not found guilty during the trial in the military courts will be acquitted, the trial in the military courts will be subject to the judgment of the ongoing case in the Supreme Court, if found guilty after the trial in the military courts. There will be minor punishments, the reply added that those who completed the imprisonment in the incidents of May 9 and 10 will be released, after the military trial the convicted will be able to approach the relevant forum against the punishments.
