یہ اللہ سبحان تعالٰی کا پاکستان اور اس کے عوام پر بہت بڑا کرم ہے کہ آج وہ تمام قوتوں جو پاکستان کو خانہ جنگی میں جھونکنے کے ایجنڈے پر کام کر رہی تھیں ان کو اپنے مذموم مقاصد میں مکمل طور پر ناکامی کا منہ دیکھنا پڑا ہے اور اللہ کی رحمت سے ان تمام اندرونی و بیرونی طاقتیں جو عمران خان کو استعمال کرتے ہوئے پاکستان کی تباہی و بربادی کے لیے یکجا ہوئے تھے ان کو اب مجبور ہو کر اپنے آپ کو اس سازش سے علیحدہ کرنے کے عمل میں مصروف ہیں۔

یہ بات ریکارڈ پر ہے کہ جس طرح سے کچھ ملٹری اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے افراد نے اس جماعت کو اقتدار میں لانے کے منصوبے پر عملدرآمد کیا تھا اور اس کے لیے مختلف وسائل اور ریاستی مشینری کا استعمال کیا گیا تھا اس ایجنڈے کو لانچ کرنے کا مقصد ملک میں سول بالادستی کو دوبارہ سے ختم کرنا اور ملک میں ملٹری اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی حمایتیوں کو اقتدار میں لانا تھا تاکہ اس باہمی اشتراک سے پاکستان میں ریاستی اختیارات پر عوام کو رسائی حاصل نہ ہو اور ملک کی اشرافیہ اپنے ذاتی مفادات کے لیے تمام وسائل کو استعمال کرتی رہی۔ اس نظام کو قیام پاکستان سے ہی مستحکم کرنے کیلئے ان عوام دشمن عناصر کام کرتے رہیں ہیں اور جس کے نتیجے کے طور پر ملک میں قیام پاکستان کے بعد ابتک نہ ہی جمہوریت کو مستحکم کیا جا سکا اور اس کے نتیجے میں ادارے اپنے مقاصد میں مکمل طور پر ناکام ہو گئے اور اسطرح ملک میں معاشی بحران ہر آنے والے دنوں میں شدت اختیار کرتا گیا۔

اس کے علاوہ اس اشرافیہ نے ملک کے چھوٹے صوبوں خاص طور پر بلوچستان، کے پی کے، فانا وغیرہ کے ساتھ سوتیلی ماں کا سلوک کیا جس سے ان میں شدید احساس محرومی پیدا ہوا اور وہاں پر شدت پسندوں نے مسلح تنظیموں کے ذریعے کارروائیاں شروع کردی۔ 

اس کی ذمہ داری اس اشرافیہ اور اسٹیبلشمنٹ پر ہے جنہوں نے ان کے وسائل کو بے دریغ استعمال کیا اور ملک کے شہری علاقوں کو ان سے مستفید کیا اور ان علاقوں کو ترقی سے محروم رکھا۔

یہ بات ریکارڈ پر ہے کہ جب بھی ملک میں جمہوری قوتوں کو کامیابی حاصل ہوئی اور ملک میں وقفے وقفے سے جزوی طور پر جمہوریت بحال ہوئی تو ان سیاسی قوتوں نے ان پسماندہ علاقوں کی بہتری کیلئے اقدامات کئے تاکہ عوام کو ان کے حقوق دلائیں جائیں مگر یہ نیم جمہوری دور بھی جلد ہی ملٹری اسٹیبلشمنٹ، عدلیہ اور اشرافیہ کے تعاون سے ختم ہو جاتے تھے اور ملک میں زیادہ تر وقت ملٹری اسٹیبلشمنٹ بلا شرکت غیرے اقتدار پر قابض رہی ہیں اور اس دوران کرپٹ عدلیہ کے تعاون سے ملک کے آئین کو مسخ کردیا گیا اور اس کی بنیادی روح جو ایک فیڈریشن پر مبنی نظام قائم کرنے کے لیے تھا اور جو قرارداد پاکستان کی بنیاد پر مبنی ہے اس کو مکمل طور پر مجروح کر دیا گیا تھا اور اس طرح سے ملک میں ایک مرکزیت پر مبنی استحصالی نظام قائم کر دیا گیا تھا۔

آخرکار جمہوری قوتوں نے اپنے اتحاد سے 2008 میں اس کو دوبارہ سے زندہ کیا اور آئین کو اصل روح میں بحال کرنے میں کامیابی حاصل کی۔ اگرچہ اس میں عدلیہ کے ذریعے مداخلت بھی کی گئی اور عدلیہ کے متعلق اصلاحات کو اس سے نکالنے پر مجبور کیا گیا۔

بہرکیف جب یہ آئین کی بحالی کے بعد عوامی اور جمہوری قوتوں کو پذیرائی ملی اور ملک ایک بار پھر جمہوریت کی پٹری پر چلنا شروع ہو گیا تو ان عوام دشمن قوتوں نے اس کو ناکام بنانے کیلئے اپنے ایجنٹ عمران خان کو لانچ کیا اور اس کو تمام تر سہولیات فراہم کی گئی جس میں اس اشرافیہ کی دولت اور وسائل کو بروئے کار لانے کا اہتمام کیا گیا اس ایجنڈے کی تکمیل کے لیے میڈیا کا استعمال خاص طور پر اہمیت کا حامل ہے اور ایک خاص پروپگنڈہ کے ذریعے ایک ایسی فضا قائم کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی جس میں ملک کی جمہوری قوتوں کو بدنام کرنے اور عمران خان کو مسیحا بنا کر پیش کرنا شامل تھا اسطرح سے صرف اور صرف جھوٹ کو فروغ دیا گیا اور ایک ایسی نسل تیار کی گئی جس کا اپنا کوئی دماغ تھا نہ ہی انہیں پاکستان کی سیاسی تاریخ کا الف بے پے تھا اور نہ ہی انہوں نے کبھی بھی کسی عوامی تحریک میں حصہ لیا تھا یہ سب ایک طرح کی تفریح طبع کے لیے اس ایجنڈے میں شامل ہوتے گئے اور یوں وہ ملک میں انتشار اور افراتفری پیدا کرنے اور جمہوری اداروں کو کمزور کرنے کے لئے متحرک ہو گئے 

اس کے باوجود اس کو عوام کی اکثریت نے قبول نہیں کیا اور مجبوراً ملٹری اسٹیبلشمنٹ کو تاریخ کی بلند ترین دھاندلی کر کے اس کو اقتدار پر فائز کیا گیا تھا۔ 

اس کے دور اقتدار میں ملک کو جس طرح سے نقصان پہنچا اور ملک جو ترقی کی راہ پر گامزن ہو رہا تھا مکمل طور پر معاشی تباہی کی طرف بڑھنے لگا۔ 

ان حالات میں کچھ محب وطن جنرلز نے ملٹری اسٹیبلشمنٹ کو سیاست سے دستبردار کرنے کے لیے کوششیں شروع کئی اور آخرکار وہ اس میں کامیاب ہوگئے مگر اس کے باوجود ان میں شامل کچھ عناصر نے مسلسل سیاسی معاملات میں مداخلت جاری رکھی۔

اور جنرل عاصم منیر کو آرمی چیف بننے سے روکنے میں ہر ممکن کوششیں کیں اس طرح سے حکومت کو مکمل طور پر مفلوج کر رکھا اور وہ عوامی فلاح و بہبود کے لئے کوئی خاص توجہ نہیں دی سکی ملک کے ان حالات نے ملک میں مہنگائی کی شرح میں خطرناک حد تک اضافہ ہوا۔ بالآخر نومبر کے آخر میں حکومت کو ایک کامیابی حاصل ہوئی جب جنرل عاصم منیر نے آرمی چیف کا عہدہ سنبھال لیا اس کے بعد ان اندرونی اور بیرونی ملک دشمن عناصر نے اپنی سرگرمیوں میں شدت پیدا کر دی جس کو عدلیہ میں موجود کرپٹ ججز کی مکمل حمایت حاصل تھی۔

ان حالات میں زلمے خلیل زادہ کا عمران خان کی حمایت میں کھل کر سامنے آنا اور دیگر بیرونی طاقتوں کی اس کی حمایت ان سازشوں کو بےنقاب کرنے کے لیے کافی ہے۔

اس کے بعد جب جنرل عاصم منیر نے اپنے ادارے میں اصلاحات اور افواج کو مکمل طور پر سیاسی معاملات سے الگ رکھنے کے ایجنڈے پر سختی سے عملدرآمد کرنا شروع کیا تو ان تمام سازشی عناصر نے ملکر ملک میں بغاوت کرنے کی منصوبہ بندی کی اور اس کو مئی 9 کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کیلئے سازشی کی جس وقت آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر ملک سے باہر تھے۔

اس دن اور اس کے بعد کے واقعات سب کے سامنے عیاں ہیں اور یہ صرف اللہ کی عوام اور ملک پر رحمت تھی کہ اس نے ان تمام باغیوں کو شکست سے دوچار کیا اور آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر نے ملک واپس پہنچ کر معاملات کو مکمل کنٹرول کر لیا۔

اب ان سازشی عناصر کے خلاف سخت اقدامات شروع کر دیے گئے ہیں اور آرمی ایکٹ اور آفیشل سیکرٹ آیکٹ کے تحت کاروائیاں شروع کر دی گئی ہیں۔

اس عمل کو دیکھتے ہوئے اس عمل میں شامل پی ٹی آئی کے اکثر لیڈرز اب اس کا ساتھ چھوڑ رہے ہیں کیونکہ وہ چند دن کی بھی جیل میں رہنے کو برداشت نہیں کر سکتے کیونکہ ان کا تعلق اشرافیہ سے ہے جبکہ ملٹری اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے اقتدار کے دوران ملک میں اکثر سیاسی رہنماؤں اور کارکنوں نے سخت ترین جبر و تکالیف کا سامنا کیا مگر کسی نے بھی اپنے سیاسی موقف سے دستبردار ہونے کا اعلان نہیں کیا۔ اس سے صاف ظاہر ہے کہ یہ تمام عناصر ایک خاص مقصد کے لیے اکٹھے کیے گئے تھے اور اس کی ناکامی کے بعد راہ فرار اختیار کر رہے ہیں۔

اس وقت اس بات کی اشد ضرورت ہے کہ ان تمام اہم اور مرکزی سازشی عناصر کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کی جائے اور ان کو ان کے اعمال کی سخت سزائیں دی جائیں تاکہ آئندہ کے لیے دوسروں کے لیے یہ عبرت کا نشان بنے۔ البتہ جو معصوم اور ناسمجھی میں اس عمل کا حصہ بن گئے تھے ان کے ساتھ کچھ حد تک نرمی کا سلوک کیا جائے۔

اس کے علاوہ اب ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ عدلیہ کو اس کے دائرہ کار میں رکھنے اور سیاسی معاملات سے الگ کرنے کے لیے اقدامات کیے جائیں 

سب سے زیادہ اہمیت اس بات کی ہے کہ حکومت بلوچستان، فانا اور کے پی کے میں امن قائم کرنے کے لیے وہاں کے نمائندوں کو اعتماد میں لے کر ان کے مسائل کے حل کے لیے فوری اقدامات کرے تاکہ ملک میں امن قائم ہو سکے اور پاکستان کو دوبارہ سے جمہوریت اور ترقی کی جانب گامزن کیا جا سکے۔

It is on record that the way certain members of the military establishment executed the plan to bring this party to power and used various resources and state machinery to launch this agenda in the country. The aim was to re-establish the civilian supremacy and bring the supporters of the military establishment to power in the country so that this cooperation would not allow the people to have access to the state powers in Pakistan and the country's elite would continue to use all the resources for their personal interests. . These anti-people elements have been working to stabilize this system since the establishment of Pakistan and as a result of which democracy could not be stabilized in the country even after the establishment of Pakistan and as a result the institutions have not been able to complete their goals. failed and thus the economic crisis in the country intensified in the coming days.

Apart from this, this elite treated the small provinces of the country, especially Balochistan, KPK, Fana, etc. as a stepmother, which created a severe sense of deprivation in them, and extremists started operations there through armed organizations. . 

The onus is on the elites and the establishment that have squandered their resources and benefited the urban areas of the country and deprived these areas of development.

It is on record that whenever the democratic forces achieved success in the country and partial democracy was restored in the country at intervals, these political forces took steps for the improvement of these backward areas so that the people could get their rights but This semi-democratic period also ended soon with the cooperation of the military establishment, the judiciary and the elite, and most of the time the military establishment has been occupying power in the country without participation and during this time the constitution of the country was distorted with the cooperation of the corrupt judiciary. Gaya and its basic spirit which was to establish a federation based system and the resolution based on the foundation of Pakistan was completely undermined thereby establishing a centralized exploitative system in the country. was given

Finally the democratic forces with their coalition revived it in 2008 and succeeded in restoring the constitution in its original spirit. Although it was also interfered with by the judiciary and the judicial reforms were forced out of it.

However, when it was accepted by the people and democratic forces after the restoration of the constitution and the country once again began to walk on the path of democracy, these anti-people forces launched their agent Imran Khan to thwart it and kill him all. Facilities were provided to harness the wealth and resources of this elite. The use of the media is particularly important for the fulfillment of this agenda and an attempt to create such an atmosphere through a certain propaganda. which included defaming the country's democratic forces and portraying Imran Khan as a messiah, thus only promoting falsehood and creating a generation that had no mind of its own and did not care about Pakistan. They had no history of political history nor had they ever participated in any public movement, all of them joined this agenda for a kind of entertainment and thus they created confusion and chaos in the country and destroyed democratic institutions. Moved to weaken 

Despite this, he was not accepted by the majority of the people and he was forced to power through the biggest rigging of the military establishment in history. 

The way the country suffered during his rule and the country which was on the path of development started to go towards complete economic collapse. 

In these circumstances, some patriotic generals started efforts to withdraw the military establishment from politics and eventually succeeded in this, but despite this, some elements within them continued to interfere in political affairs.

And made all possible efforts to prevent General Asim Munir from becoming the Army Chief, thus completely paralyzing the government and it could not pay any special attention to public welfare. I grew alarmingly. Finally, at the end of November, the government got a victory when General Asim Munir took over the post of Army Chief, after which these internal and external anti-national elements intensified their activities with the full support of the corrupt judges in the judiciary. was obtained.

In these circumstances, Zalmay Khalilzada's open support of Imran Khan and her support of other external powers is enough to expose these conspiracies.

After this, when General Asim Munir started to strictly implement the agenda of reforming his organization and keeping the forces completely aloof from political affairs, all these conspiratorial elements planned a coup in Malik and Conspiracy to execute on May 9, when Army Chief General Asim Munir was out of the country.

The events of that day and the subsequent events are obvious to everyone and it was only the mercy of Allah on the people and the country that he defeated all these rebels and Army Chief General Asim Munir returned to the country and took complete control of the affairs. did it.

Strict action has now been initiated against these conspiratorial elements and operations have been initiated under the Army Act and the Official Secrets Act.

Seeing this process, most of the PTI leaders involved in this process are now leaving because they cannot bear to spend even a few days in jail because they belong to the elite while the military establishment is in power. Most of the political leaders and workers in the country faced severe oppression and suffering, but none of them announced to give up their political position. It is clear that all these elements were brought together for a specific purpose and after its failure, they are escaping.

At this time, there is an urgent need to take strict action against all these main and central conspiratorial elements and give them severe punishment for their actions so that it becomes a lesson for others in the future. However, those who were part of this process innocently and unknowingly should be treated with some degree of lenience.

Apart from this, there is a need to take measures to keep the judiciary within its purview and separate it from political matters. 

The most important thing is that the government takes immediate steps to bring peace in Balochistan, Fana and KPK by taking the representatives there into confidence and solving their problems so that peace can be established in the country and Pakistan. can be re-directed towards democracy and development.
