Happiness that’s related with well-being
and satisfaction is cheerfulness
and positive emotional state.
Happiness as a certain condition
of a person. It may be a temporary state and intrinsic process and an enduring
perspective and condition. This means that people called on to attain happiness
may also require outside help. Here are some ways to cultivate happiness in

Build Strong Relationships:

Build, strengthen and
preserve healthy social capital with family members, close friends and any
loved one.

Interact with people who
will appreciate your company and encourage you to be the best that you can be.

of some of the progress and the good things in your life.

Whether in a physical
notebook or a mobile application ensure you list down things that you are
grateful for.
3. Engage in Meaningful
Activities:

Engage in the discovery of
the interests that make one happy.
·
Volunteer or do anytime
favors, it has been proven that the happiness you bring the other person
multiplies and gets back to you.
4. Set and Achieve Goals:

and recomendations are:

Recognise milestones and
achievements that they make, no matter how insignificant they may seem to be.
5. Take Care of Your Physical
Health:

Engage in regular
exercises, this will help release endorphins hence helping the individual to
feel happier.

videos in order to become more conscious and be able to participate in the
moments that occur.

everything seems to be amiss.

What about the ‘happy‘, when
you’ve forgotten all your problems, all your worries? What were you doing? Who
were you with?
Reflecting on some of the moments that I have been really happy, I can remember
some, which associated with significant events and people. Here are a few

1. Spending Time with Loved Ones:

with family during the happy occasions such as birthdays and Christmas.

Relating with friends in
terms of laughing, joking or having serious discussions, having fun with
friends and sharing moments together.

Achievement which may be
graduations from school, completing a tough project among others.
Success
in achieving the targets in fitness activities or in any other activities in
life that one may have set for him or her.
3. Engaging in Hobbies and
Passions:
·
Painting, writing, playing
music and other creative activities until I do not pay attention to time
passing.
·
Playing sports or being
outdoors, having the pleasure of the body and the joys of movement.
4. Traveling and Exploring New
Places:
·
Enjoying the foreign
cuisines, environments, places while touring, the feeling of admiration can be
considered.
·
It would be great to share
this adventures with friends or family as it makes it even more fulfilling.
5. Moments of Mindfulness and
Serenity:
·
Family and friends
listening to quiet and peaceful music together and taking a still walk in the
park in the evening, going for a walk in the woods, or spending some time on
the seashore.

Engaging in an activity
such as gardening, then feeling at ease and happy.
6. Acts of Kindness and Helping
Others:
·
Volunteering or assisting
the needy person, feeling the happiness that accompanies the act of touching
the life of the other person positively.

Satisfaction that comes
with successfully assisting people who need the help.
Thinking about these moments, one
can conclude that happiness is a result of close relationships, achievements,
hobbies, and enjoyment of the current situation. It is evident that
relationships, purpose and mindfulness are key in the creation of happiness as
depicted in the mentioned experiences.
