1. Coconut Oil Granola

Ingredients:

          3 cups rolled oat

          1/2 cup coconut oil- to melt

          1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

          1T vanilla extract

          ½ cup chopped nuts you can use almonds, pecans or walnuts.

          1/2 cup dried fruits like raisins, cranberries or apricot to the flour mixture and oats.

          1/4 teaspoon salt

          Power ground cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions:

1.         Place the cookies into a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) and put the baking sheet with cookies on it into the oven, having covered it with parchment paper.

2.         In a large bowl combine oats, nuts, cinnamon and salt.

3.         Preheat another small saucepan, to medium low heat and melt the coconut oil. Pour in the honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract.

4.        Finally, pour the mixture of coconut oil over the oats making sure that every item is coated with this liquid.

5.         Pour out the granola mixture evenly over the baking sheet.

6.        Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the tray halfway through to evenly brown them, until the granola is golden brown.

7.         Take out of the oven and allow to become cold. After becoming cool, add the dried fruit.

2. Coconut oil is Chocolate Chip Cookies.



Ingredients:

          This requires; Half a cup of coconut oil When using this recipe ensure that you use coconut oil that has been softened.

          1/2 cup, brown sugar

          One-quarter cup of white sugar

          1 egg

          1 teaspoon vanilla extract

          attar 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

          1/2 teaspoon baking soda K оf baking soda used in this recipe is a common quantity for other recipes using baking soda as an ingredient.

          1/4 teaspoon salt

         1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1.         Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.        In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, brown sugar and white sugar until creamy.

3.         Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

4.        In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.

5.         Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.

6.        Fold in chocolate chips.

7.         Place tablespoons of flour on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

8.        Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are light golden brown.

9.        Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

 

3. Coconut Oil Popcorn:



• 2 pounds of seeds

• 1/3 cup popcorn kernels

• Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat. 2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.

3. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent the pellets from burning.

4. Once the popping slows down to about 2-3 seconds between popping, remove the pot from the heat.

5. Place the popcorn in a large bowl and season with salt to taste.

 

4. Coconut Oil Stir Fry:



• 2 pounds of seeds

• 1 pound chicken breast or tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces

• 1 hour pepper, chopped

• Carrot 1, Juliend

• 1 zucchini, chopped

• 1/2 cup broccoli florets

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• 1 teaspoon of honey

• 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

• Cooked rice, for eating

 

Instructions:

1.         Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

2.        Add the chicken or tofu and cook until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

3.         In the same pan, add the spinach, carrots, zucchini and broccoli. Stir for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and crispy.

4.        Add the garlic, soy sauce, honey and ginger to the pan. Stir to combine.

5.         Return the chicken or tofu to the pan and toss everything together until hot.

6.        Serve with stir-fry over cooked rice.

 

5. Coconut Oil Banana Bread:



• 1/2 cup coconut oil, drained

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 3 ripe bananas, peeled

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon instructions:

1.         Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.

2.        In a large bowl, beat together the melted coconut milk and sugar until smooth.

3.         Add eggs, vanilla extract, and banana extract and mix until well combined.

4.        In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

5.         Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.

6.        Pour the batter into the prepared bread.

7.         Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8.        Let the bananas cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
