جب سے انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی کی دریافت اور اس میں حیرت انگیز ترقی نے دنیا بھر کو ایک نئے دور میں داخل کر دیا ہے اس نے دنیا بھر کے انسانوں کو ایک آسان اور فوری معلومات کی فراہمی میں اہم کردار ادا کرنے کا فریضہ انجام دینا شروع کیا ہے اس سے اکثریت مختلف فوائد حاصل کئے ہیں ان مثبت نتائج کے ساتھ ساتھ ہی اس کے شدید منفی اثرات بھی مرتب ہونا شروع ہوگئے ہیں۔

کیونکہ اس ٹیکنالوجی نے لوگوں کوسوشل میڈیا پر ہر قسم کی باتیں کرنے اور ان کو پھیلانے کا ذریعہ بنا دیا ہے اور اس کے نتیجے کے طور پر جھوٹ اور سچ پر مبنی تمام مواد اسطرح سے پھیلایا جا رہا ہے کہ عام آدمی کو سچ اور جھوٹ کی تمیز کرنے میں مشکلات پیش آتی ہیں۔

اس کا فائدہ آٹھاتے ہوے لوگوں بے ذاتی مفادات اور بغض کی وجہ سے اپنے مخالفین کے خلاف جھوٹ پر مبنی پروپیگنڈہ کو میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا پر اس قدر فراہم کر دیا ہے کہ عام آدمی اس سے ذہنی الجھنوں کا شکار ہو گئے ہیں۔

ان حالات میں ترقی یافتہ قوموں اور معاشروں میں جہاں جھوٹ کو انتہائی درجے کی برائی تصور کیا جاتا ہے انہوں نے اس مادر پدر آزاد سوشل میڈیا کے منفی اثرات سے محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے غور و فکر کے بعد مناسب قوانین واضح کئے جس کے ذریعے سے ان جھوٹے اور سماج دشمن عناصر کو لگام دینے کا بندوبست کیا گیا۔ جس کے نتیجے کے طور پر کافی حد تک لوگوں کی عزت نفس کی حفاظت اور جھوٹ کو پھیلانے سے روکنے کا اہتمام ہو گیا اور ان قوانین کے نفاذ سے ان جھوٹ پر مبنی پروپیگنڈہ کرنے والوں کے لیے بھاری جرمانے اور سزائیں موجود ہیں اسلئے ان معاشروں میں اس جھوٹ پر مبنی پروپیگنڈہ سے کافی حد تک قابو پانے میں کامیاب ہو گئے ہیں۔

اس کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے ان ترقی یافتہ ممالک میں نیوز چینلز کی تعداد انتہائی کم ہوتی ہے اگرچہ ان کو قوانین کے تحت ہر قسم کی آزادی میسر ہے مگر کیونکہ اس میں جھوٹ کو پھیلانے کی اجازت نہیں ہے اسلئے ان میں ہر وقت کوئی بریکنگ نیوز نہیں ہوتی بلکہ تمام واقعات و حالات کو معمول کی کارروائی کے طور پر لیا جاتا ہے ان میں تجزیہ کاروں کا ایک خاص معیار ہوتا ہے جو انہوں نے اپنے پیشہ ورانہ مہارت اور تجربہ کی بناء پر حاصل کیا ہوتا ہے صرف ان ہی لوگوں کو تجزیہ کاروں کے طور پر پیش کیا جاتا ہے جن کو اس سبجیکٹ پر کمانڈ حاصل ہو اور اس کی تعلیمات و تجربہ اس فیلڈ میں مناسب ہو۔ اسطرح سے عوام کو معیاری اور معلوماتی مواد میسر آتا ہے اور لوگ ان کی باتوں کو توجہ سے سنتے ہیں کیونکہ لوگوں کو ان کی دیانت پر کوئی شک و شبہ نہیں ہوتا۔ بے شک ان کا ذاتی نقطہ نظر جو کہ ان کی سوچ اور فکر کی نمائندگی کرتا ہے مختلف امور پر ایک دوسرے سے مختلف ہوتا ہے مگر اس میں کوئی جھوٹ اور فریب کا عنصر شامل نہیں ہوتا۔

ان تمام ممالک میں میڈیا کے زیادہ چینلز نیوز سے ہٹ کر دوسرے امور سے متعلق ہوتے ہیں جن میں انٹرٹینمنٹ اور سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی سے لیکر کھیل کود، معاشیات، انوارمینٹل و موسمیات، سیاحت، فوڈز، زراعت، صنعت، وغیرہ وغیرہ پر مبنی ہوتے ہیں اور لوگوں کی زیادہ دلچسپی اپنے پسندیدہ شعبہ جات میں ہونے کے سبب ان چینلز کو زیادہ پذیرائی ملتی ہیں اور اس کے نتیجے کے طور پر عوام میں سماجی، روزمرہ اور عوامی شعبہ جات کے متعلق کافی معلومات ہوتی ہیں جو معاشرے کی اصلاح اور ترقی میں اہم کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔

سخت قوانین کی وجہ سے ان ممالک میں سوشل میڈیا کا استعمال بھی نہایت محتاط انداز میں کیا جاتا ہے تاکہ قوانین کی خلاف ورزی کے مرتکب نہ ہوں۔ جس کی وجہ سے ان ممالک میں کسی کی ذاتی کردار کشی اور بےعزتی کرنے کا سوچا بھی نہیں جا سکتا ہے۔

 

اس کے برعکس جب ہم اپنے معاشرے یا ہم سے ملتے جلتے معاشروں کا جائزہ لیتے ہیں تو یہ حقیقت عیاں ہوتی ہے کہ ہمارے معاشرے کی بنیاد ہی جھوٹ و فریب کو فروغ دینے پر قائم ہے اور اس کو فروغ دینے میں میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا کا اہم ترین کردار ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ ہم جیسے ملک میں صرف قومی زبان کے نیوز چینلز کی تعداد کی درجن ہیں اس کے علاوہ علاقائی زبانوں کے نیوز چینلز اس سے بھی بہت زیادہ موجود ہیں۔

جبکہ عوامی امور اور روزمرہ کی زندگی کے مسائل اور ان کے حل کے لیے کوئی معلوماتی اور اصلاحی چینلز نہ ہونے کے برابر ہیں۔

ان نیوز چینلز میں زیادہ تر میزبان اور تجزیہ کار ایسے افراد ہوتے ہیں جن کا متعلقہ سبجیکٹ سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہوتا اور نہ ہی ان کی تعلیم و تجزیہ ان امور پر ہوتا ہے اسطرح سے ایسے افراد سیاست سے لیکر معیشت اور بین الاقوامی امور پر اسطرح سے باتیں کرتے ہیں جیسے یہ ان تمام سبجیکٹ کے ماہرین ہیں۔ اس کے نتیجے کے طور پر عوام کو معیاری اور معلوماتی مواد میسر نہیں آتا۔ اور زیادہ تر بحث میں ذاتی رائے اور رحجان کو صحیح ثابت کرنے میں صرف کیا جاتا ہے اور اس میں زیادہ تر جھوٹ ہی کا سہارا لیا جاتا ہے۔ اور اس میں مرچ مصالحہ لگا کر عوام کے جذبات سے کھیلنے کا عملی مظاہرہ کیا جاتا ہے۔

ان تمام میڈیا کمپین میں ایک منظم، واضح اور منفرد ایجنڈا دیکھنے کو ملتا ہے جس کا ہدف قرآن، دین اسلام، اور علماء کرام کی توہین ہے۔ اور اس سے ہمارے جیسے نام نہاد مسلمان بہت جلد متاثر ہو جاتے ہیں کیونکہ ہم میں قرآن اور دین اسلام کی تعلیمات کا فقدان ہے۔

اس جھوٹ اور اس کو پھیلانے سے روکنے کے لیے اللہ کے واضح احکامات قرآن مجید میں یوں بیان کیے گئے ہیں:

 

{ إِنَّمَا يَفۡتَرِي ٱلۡكَذِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَٰذِبُونَ }

[Surah An-Nahl: 105]

 

"جھوٹ افترا تو وہی باندھتے ہیں جنہیں اللہ تعالیٰ کی آیتوں پر ایمان نہیں ہوتا۔ یہی لوگ جھوٹے ہیں."

 

{ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِن جَآءَكُمۡ فَاسِقُۢ بِنَبَإٖ فَتَبَيَّنُوٓاْ أَن تُصِيبُواْ قَوۡمَۢا بِجَهَٰلَةٖ فَتُصۡبِحُواْ عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلۡتُمۡ نَٰدِمِينَ }

[Surah Al-Hujurât: 6]

 

"اے مسلمانو! اگر تمہیں کوئی فاسق خبر دے تو تم اس کی اچھی طرح تحقیق کر لیا کرو ایسا نہ ہو کہ نادانی میں کسی قوم کو ایذا پہنچا دو پھر اپنے کیے پر پشیمانی اٹھاؤ."

 

حدیث میں یوں بیان کیا گیا ہے:

 

"آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا ” منافق کی تین نشانیاں ہیں جب بات کہے تو جھوٹ کہے اور جب اس کے پاس امانت رکھیں تو خیانت کرے اور جب وعدہ کرے تو خلاف کرے ۔“

ان تمام احکامات سے جھوٹ بولنے اور اس کو پھیلانے والوں کو انتباہ واضح طور پر محسوس کیا جاسکتا ہے۔

مگر انتہائی شرمناک اور بددیانتی سے آجکل سوشل میڈیا پر جھوٹ اور دروغ گوئی کو فروغ دیا جا رہا ہے اور اس مہم میں ایک بہت بڑا کردار اسلام دشمن عناصر کا ہے جو ایک خاص ایجنڈے کے تحت دین اسلام کے بنیادی احکامات، شعائر اور علماء کا مذاق اڑاتے ہیں اس مقصد کیلئے اربوں ڈالرز مخصوص کئے گئے ہیں اور اس کام کے لیے ایسے لوگوں کو آگے بڑھایا جاتا ہے جو بظاہر مسلمان ہیں۔ اسطرح سے مسلمانوں کو جو عمومی طور پر قرآن اور دین اسلام کی تعلیمات سے لاعلم ہوتے ہیں وہ اس میں شامل ہو جاتے ہیں اور اپنی لاعلمی کی بنیاد پر اللہ کے احکامات کا مذاق اڑانے کے گناہ میں مبتلا ہو جاتے ہیں۔

یہ وبا بہت تیزی سے پھیل رہی ہے اور ان اسلام دشمن قوتوں نے اپنے وسائل کو استعمال کرتے ہوئے لاکھوں کی تعداد میں ایسی چیزیں سوشل میڈیا پر جاری کر دی ہیں۔ لیکن ان کی کوششوں کو کامیابی مسلمانوں کی بےحسی اور اللہ کے احکامات سے لاتعلقی ہے جو اس کے پھیلنے میں بنیادی کردار ادا کر رہی ہے۔ انکی واددت کا طریقہ سمجھنے کی بہت ضرورت ہے تاکہ ان کے فریب کا شکار نہ ہو سکے۔یہ عناصر نہایت مہارت سے معاشرے میں موجود اخلاقی اور سماجی برائیوں کو اجاگر کرتے ہیں اور تمام خرابیوں کو دین اسلام اور علماء کرام سے منسوب کر دیتے ہیں اور اس کے مقابلے میں کفار میں چند خوبیوں کو نمایاں کرنے کا اہتمام کرتے ہیں۔ اس بات کو ذہن نشین کرنا نہایت ضروری ہے کہ ان تمام برائیوں جو مسلمانوں کے اج کے معاشرے میں موجود ہیں ان کی اکثریت میں وہ لوگ ملوث ہیں جن کا دین اسلام سے کوئی تعلق نہیں بلکہ وہ اپنے آپ کو لبرل کہلانا پسند کرتے ہیں معاشرے میں تمام خرابیوں کی بنیاد ان ہی لوگوں کی لوٹ کھسوٹ ہے اور ان کے پاس جمع رشوت اور ناجائز کمائی ہے جس کی وجوہات سے معاشرے میں جرائم اور دیگر برائیوں کو پنپنے کا موقع ملتا ہے مگر کبھی بھی ان معاشرتی مسائل اور برائیوں کو ان لبرل اور لادین کرپٹ عناصر سے منسوب نہیں کیا جاتا جو ان کے حقیقی مقاصد کو بےنقاب کرتا ہے۔

اگر ہم پاکستان کی تاریخ میں صحافت کی آزادی پر نظر ڈالیں تو یہ بات بالکل واضح ہو جاتی ہے کہ کیونکہ ملک میں زیادہ تر آمریت کا دور دورہ رہا ہے جس میں سچ لکھنے اور کہنے پر نہ صرف پابندی تھی بلکہ ان کو سخت مصائب کا بھی سامنا کرنا پڑتا تھا مگر اس عرصے میں ان دیانتدارانہ صحافت اور عوام کو سچائی سے آگاہی کے لئے کہی تحریکیں بھی چلائی گئی اور اس میں قربانی دینے کے بعد ہی کچھ حد تک سچ لکھنے اور کہنے کی آزادی میسر آئی ہے۔ ان تحریکوں میں پاکستان کے نامور لوگوں نے حصہ لیا تھا جن میں حبیب جالب، فیض احمد فیض، منہاج برنا، نثار عثمانی افتخار احمد، حسن نثار اور لاتعداد صحافیوں اور نامور شخصیات شامل ہیں۔

اگر آج کے دور کا جائزہ لیں تو اسوقت میڈیا پر زیادہ تر ان لوگوں کا قبضہ ہے جن کا نہ ہی تعلیمی اور صحافت کا تجربہ ہے اور زیادہ تر کم عمر ہیں مگر وہ ان تمام موضوعات پر اسطرح سے باتیں کرتے ہوئے جیسے ان سے زیادہ کوئی اور ماہر ان موضوعات پر موجود نہیں ہے۔ ان میں کافی لوگوں کا کام ان اداروں اور طبقات کی نمائندگی کرنا ہوتا ہے جو ملکی امور اور وسائل پر قابض ہیں اور ان کو ایک خاص اسکرپٹ دیا جاتا ہے جو مکمل طور پر جھوٹ اور دروغ گوئی پر مبنی ہوتا ہے اور وہ بڑی ڈھٹائی اور بے شرمی سے یہ کام سرانجام دیتے ہیں۔ اور اس کے عوض ذاتی و مالی مفادات حاصل کرتے ہیں جس کا اندازہ ان کے طرز زندگی اور اثاثوں سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے۔

اس کے باوجود چند ان نامساعد حالات میں کچھ لوگ ایسے موجود ہیں جنہوں نے کبھی بھی اصولوں پر سمجھوتہ نہیں کیا اور ہمیشہ حق اور سچائی کا پرچم سر بلند رکھا ہے جن میں نصرت جاوید، سلیم بخاری، افتخار احمد، طلعت حسین، ابصار عالم، مطیع اللہ جان اور دیگر لاتعداد صحافی شامل ہیں ان ہی کی بدولت عوام کو کچھ حد تک سچائی تک رسائی اور معیاری تجزیہ میسر آتا ہے۔ اگرچہ ان کی ذاتی رائے اور تجزیے کے نتائج سے جزوی یا کلی اتفاق یا اختلاف کیا جا سکتا ہے مگر ان کی موضوع کی تفصیلات اور تاریخی حقائق کے بیان میں کوئی اختلاف کی گنجائش نہیں ہوتی کیونکہ وہ سچائی اور حقیقت پر مبنی ہوتا ہے۔

مگر کیونکہ میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا پر زیادہ تر مفاد پرست عناصر چھائے ہوے ہیں اور ہمارے نام نہاد پڑھے لکھے لوگوں کو نہ ہی کوئی شعور حاصل ہے اور یا وہ اپنے ذاتی مفادات کے تحفظ کیلئے جھوٹ کو پھیلانے کے گھناؤنے کام میں مصروف رہتے ہیں۔ ان کی اس عمل کو جاری و ساری رکھنا ایک خاص ایجنڈے کا حصہ ہے جو ملک میں بحران، بےیقینی اور بے چینی پھیلانے پر مبنی ہے تاکہ ملک میں جمہوریت اور اداروں کی مضبوطی کا عمل روکا جائے۔

اب اس جھوٹ کو پھیلانے کے گھناؤنے عمل کو اپنے دین اسلام کے تناظر میں دیکھنے کی کوشش کریں تو یہ بات بالکل واضح ہو جاتی ہے کہ کوئی بھی اہل ایمان جھوٹ بولنے یا اس کو پھیلانے کے عمل کا حصہ بن ہی نہیں سکتا کیونکہ جھوٹ اور غیبت ہمارے دین اسلام میں سب سے بڑے گناہوں میں شامل ہے اور جھوٹ انسان کو شرک تک لے جاتا ہے۔ اگر ہم بغیر تصدیق کئے کسی بھی جھوٹ اور غیبت کو آگے بڑھانے کا راستہ اختیار کرتے ہیں تو اس کا گناہ اسوقت تک بڑھتا رہے گا جب تک وہ مواد موجود رہے گا اور اس سے گمراہ ہونے والے گناہوں میں بھی حصہ دار ہوں گے۔

 

اسلئے ہمیں نہ صرف جھوٹ کو پھیلانے کا حصہ بننے سے گریز کرنا چاہیے بلکہ سچائی کا پرچار بھی کرنا لازمی ہے جس کو امر المعروف اور نہی عن المنکر سے تشبیہ دی گئی ہے۔

دوسری جانب اس جھوٹ اور فریب کو فروغ دینے سے روکنے کی ذمہ داری ریاست پر بھی عائد ہوتی ہے اور اس بات کی شدید ضرورت ہے کہ اس سلسلے میں مناسب قانون سازی کی جائے اور ان پر عملدرآمد کو یقینی بنانے کے اقدامات کئے جائیں تاکہ عوام کو اس جھوٹ اور فریب سے نجات حاصل ہو سکے اور عوام اپنی توانائیاں مثبت انداز میں اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے احکامات کے تحت صرف کر سکیں۔ اللہ ہم سب کو سچ بولنے، سمجھنے اور امر بالمعروف اور نہی ان منکر پر ثابت قدم رکھے۔آمین۔

In these situations, in developed nations and societies where lying is considered an extreme evil, they clarified appropriate laws after deliberation to protect them from the negative effects of free social media through which they Arrangements were made to rein in false and anti-social elements. As a result, it was arranged to protect the self-respect of the people and prevent the spread of lies and the implementation of these laws has heavy fines and punishments for those who propagate these lies, so in these societies They have been able to overcome this propaganda based on lies to a great extent.

This can be estimated from the fact that the number of news channels in these developed countries is very less, although they have all kinds of freedom under the laws, but because it is not allowed to spread falsehood in it, every one of them Time there is no breaking news but all the events and situations are taken as a normal process in which analysts have a certain quality which they have acquired due to their professional skills and experience. People are presented as analysts who have a command over the subject and have relevant education and experience in the field. In all these countries, most of the media channels are related to other issues apart from news, including entertainment and science and technology, sports, economics, environmental and meteorology, tourism, foods, agriculture, industry, etc. And because people are more interested in their favorite fields, these channels get more acceptance and as a result, people have enough information about social, day-to-day and public sectors, which are important for the reform and development of the society. plays a role.

Due to the strict laws, the use of social media in these countries is also done very cautiously so as not to be guilty of violating the laws. Because of which, in these countries, it is not even possible to think of insulting and insulting someone's personal character.

On the contrary, when we examine our society or societies similar to ours, the fact is evident that the foundation of our society is based on promoting lies and deception and the media and social media play an important role in promoting it. While there are no informational and corrective channels for public affairs and daily life problems and their solutions.

And most of the discussion is spent on justifying personal opinion and tendency and mostly lies are resorted to. All these media campaigns show a systematic, clear and unique agenda aimed at insulting the Qur'an, the religion of Islam, and the scholars. And so-called Muslims like us get affected very quickly because we lack the teachings of the Qur'an and the religion of Islam.

Allah's clear commands to prevent this lie and its spread are stated in the Holy Qur'an as follows:

 

{Only those who invent lies are those who do not believe in the signs of Allah, and it is they who are liars.}

[Surah An-Nahl: 105]

"Lies and slander are those who do not believe in the verses of Allah. These are the liars."

{O you who have believed, if a sinner comes to you with news, then investigate, lest you afflict your people with ignorance and become aware of what it is Then you will regret your actions.}

[Surah Al-Hujurat: 6]

"O Muslims! If a wicked person gives you news, you should investigate it thoroughly, lest you cause harm to a people in ignorance, then regret your actions."

"The Prophet ﷺ said, "There are three signs of a hypocrite: when he speaks, he lies, when he is trusted, he betrays him, and when he makes a promise, he breaks it."

In contrast, they arrange to highlight some qualities in the disbelievers. It is very important to keep in mind that most of the evils that exist in the society of Muslims are those who have nothing to do with the religion of Islam but prefer to call themselves liberals in the society. The basis of all evils is the looting of these people and they have collected bribes and illegal earnings, which causes crime and other evils to flourish in the society, but never these social problems and evils are brought to light by these liberals and ladins. Corrupt elements are not attributed which exposes their true motives.

If we look at the freedom of the press in the history of Pakistan, it becomes very clear that because most of the country has been in the period of dictatorship in which writing and telling the truth was not only prohibited but also severely punished. had to face, but during this period, some movements were also launched to make the honest journalism and the public aware of the truth, and only after making sacrifices, the freedom to write and speak the truth has become available to some extent. Famous people of Pakistan participated in these movements including Habib Jalib, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Minhaj Burna, Nisar Osmani Iftikhar Ahmed, Hasan Nisar and countless journalists and eminent personalities.

If you look at today's era, the media is currently dominated by people who have neither education nor journalism experience, and most of them are young, but they talk about all these topics as if no one is more than them. And there is no expert on these topics. Many of them are tasked with representing the institutions and classes that control the country's affairs and resources and are given a specific script that is entirely based on lies and deceit and that is very brazen and reckless. They do this work shyly. And in return get personal and financial benefits which can be estimated from their lifestyle and assets.

Nevertheless, in these unfavorable circumstances, there are some people who have never compromised on principles and have always kept the flag of truth and truth high, including Nusrat Javed, Salim Bukhari, Iftikhar Ahmed, Talat Hussain, Absar Alam, Matiullah Jan and countless other journalists are involved, thanks to which the public has some access to the truth and quality analysis. Although one may partially or totally agree or disagree with the results of his personal opinion and analysis, there is no room for disagreement in the details of the subject and the statement of historical facts because it is based on truth and reality.

But because the media and social media are dominated by self-interested elements and our so-called educated people neither have any awareness or they are busy in the heinous work of spreading lies to protect their personal interests. Their continuation of this process is part of a specific agenda which is based on spreading crisis, uncertainty and anxiety in the country to stop the process of democracy and strengthening of institutions in the country.

Now if you try to see this heinous act of spreading lies in the context of your own religion of Islam, then it becomes very clear that no believer can be a part of the act of telling lies or spreading it, because lies and backbiting Islam is one of the biggest sins in our religion and lies lead to shirk. If we resort to spreading any falsehood and backbiting without verification, its sin will continue to increase as long as that material exists and those misled by it will also share in the sins.

Therefore, we should not only avoid being a part of spreading falsehood, but also must spread the truth, which has been likened to Amr al-Ma'roof and Nahi-an-ul-Munkar.

On the other hand, the responsibility of preventing the promotion of this lie and deception is also imposed on the state and there is a dire need to enact appropriate legislation in this regard and take measures to ensure their implementation so that the people This lie and deception can be overcome and the people can spend their energies in a positive manner under the orders of Allah and His Messenger. May Allah help us all to speak the truth, to understand, and to be steadfast in commanding the good and not the evil. Amen.
