ISLAMABAD (INP) Chairman Islamic Ideological Council Dr. Allama Raghib Naimi strongly condemned the Swat incident and termed it as a very heinous act and illegal. Talking to private TV, Allama Raghib Naimi said that no individual or group is allowed to punish anyone according to Shariah, legally and morally.
Allama Raghib Naeemi said that in many cases, the courts do not take the cases to the logical conclusion properly, due to which people are flourishing that such decisions should be made by ourselves, but in Swat, Sargodha, Jaranwala, Sialkot. This process is not Shariah in any way and the law does not allow it.
He further said that in the Swat case, the accused should be identified through forensic and mobile location and the accused involved in the incident should be punished according to the law, burning someone to death is a huge punishment according to Sharia law, Swat area. We strongly condemn the incident that happened in Madin.
