Not PTI party, how about reserved seats for it? PML-N filed a review petition in the Supreme Court, requesting an injunction

Islamabad (News Report) Pakistan Muslim League-N has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court against the decision of the case related to giving specific seats to PTI. It has been said that the function of the Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution, not to make laws. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf was not a party in this case. The petition raised the question that when PTI was not a party in this case and was not involved in the court proceedings, how can these seats be given to it? Pleading for annulment has taken the stand that the question has been debated in all judicial forums whether the Sunni Ittehad Council is entitled to certain seats or not.

The Sunni Ittehad Council and the PTI are apparently two separate political parties. The Supreme Court has treated the Sunni Ittehad Council and PTI as a single political party, the petition further said that the Supreme Court has given 15 days time to the candidates to join the political party, among other unique things, of the Constitution. Article 51 sub-clause 6d and e requires a candidate to join a political party within three days. It is against the constitution to ask a candidate of a political party to join a party within fifteen days, the petitioner said. After the decision comes, they will be right to take additional ground.
