One of the most reputable Apple analysts has posted a guess as to the next Apple hardware event date. Besides this, they have disclosed when Apple plans to start shipping the iPhone 16 series and the window for four new Apple M4-based Mac devices.

Apple has not divulged the date of its next biggest launch yet. However, there were rumors that Will at Beeston mentioned earlier this week that an invite for said event might have landed people ahead of time. Surprisingly for an idea that was so easily debunked it appears there may have been some truth to the date proposed.

Apple event: Apple wants to hold its annual iPhone event on September 10 when it is planning to launch iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 10 as said by Mark Gurman. Apparently, the company intends to release new AirPods alongside the new iPad Pro at the said event as well. However, according to Gurman, there will be two AirPods models coming out on September 10 and not three as we had earlier assumed.

In particular, he says that Apple has developed ‘new low-end and mid-tier editions’ further explaining that ‘the mid-tier segment will get ANC technology for the first time. In addition, Watch Series 10 has been reported to support larger displays; the specifics of which were published nearly two months ago. Still, according to Gurman, Apple might unveil several new products on September 10, but it will still be roughly nine days to ten days before the iPhone 16 series starts shipping.

However, according to the same analyst, Apple is yet to upgrade Mac portfolio to the M4 generation chipsets this year. Supposedly, the company is currently benchmarking four new Macs with the M4 and is scheduled to release them in mid-October presumably with more potent configurations than the Apple M4 that has been shown thus far. Today, the new generation of MacBook Pro 14 and MacBook Pro 16 laptops is expected to be released in Apple’s October event alongside a Mac mini and a new iMac (Curr $1,299 on Amazon).
