On Sunday night in Balochistan, taking advantage of the
darkness of the night, the terrorists in Musakhel, Kalat, Sibi, Panjgur,
Turbat, Bela, Gwadar, Bolan, Quetta and Mastung areas simultaneously killed
innocent civilians. Khela, levies attacked check posts and police stations and
blew up railway tracks and set fire to buses and trucks. It has now been proved
that an outside hand was involved in its planning. This is the reason why
sabotage incidents started being publicized in the Indian media before Pakistan
and weddings started being held. The outlawed Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has
accepted the responsibility for these incidents of terrorism, but the real
planner was the Indian secret agency "RAW" which fully supported it.
It is also not out of the question that the Khawarij who are carrying out
terrorist attacks on Pakistan from their safe havens in Afghanistan.
The soldiers of Pakistan Army and law enforcement agencies
have retaliated and killed 21 terrorists, while 14 of their soldiers were
martyred. According to the analysts, the same day was chosen for the terrorist
attacks when Nawab Akbar Bugti was killed in an explosion in the cave of
Taratani. On the same day, Kharijites hiding in Afghanistan detonated a bomb in
the market of Razmak in North Waziristan, killing 4 people and injuring 18
others. BLA saboteurs also blew up a 36-inch diameter pipeline supplying gas to
Punjab in Dera Bugti and also attacked a paramilitary camp in Bela. So many
attacks were possible only with the support of "Ra" and Khawarij. The
number of attackers is said to be between 35 and 40 who killed certain bus
passengers and truck drivers in Arra Sham area of Musa Khel
and hid in the mountains but the security forces chased them away. Terrorists
also set fire to a check post in Nushki, injuring several officials. President
Asif Zardari, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Balochistan Chief Minister
Sarfaraz Bugti have strongly condemned the bloody incidents of terrorists and
reiterated their determination to bring the killers to justice.
The European Union and China have also expressed solidarity
with Pakistan by condemning terrorism. In its press release regarding these
incidents, ISPR has said that terrorists are enemies of the entire nation,
humanity and development and the security forces are determined to defeat them.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi says that concrete facts about these terrorist
incidents will be brought out after the investigation. A handful of separatists
are responsible for terrorism in Balochistan, but it should not be ignored that
the people have been demanding full authority over the decision-making and the
coasts from the very beginning. Balochistan was also annexed to Pakistan under
the same conditions. Instead of using force, the people in power should focus on
the real issues and find a fruitful solution to the problems through
negotiations with the Baloch and Pashtun leadership so that the internal and
external enemies cannot take advantage of the current situation. And
intelligence agencies need to be on the alert all the time. Incidents like
Sundays can create a sense of insecurity among people that will lead to
frustration and anxiety.
Due to the non-implementation of anti-donkey peddling laws, many donkey
peddlers are seen on roads, intersections, and alleys. Now there are many
organized groups of them who leave different types of disabled persons to beg
at different places and make them a source of income. There have been incidents
of the activities of these professional groups spreading abroad, which
undermines our national dignity. The Punjab Cabinet's Standing Committee on
Legislative Business (Legislation) has taken a commendable step by approving
important amendments to the Anti-Association Act. will According to the new
amendment to the law, begging and soliciting is a non-bailable offense and the
organizer of the business is liable to a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 years
in prison and the employer of 5 people for the purpose of begging to a minimum
of shall be punished with three and maximum five years of imprisonment and a
fine of three to five lakh rupees. The law previously referred to a child
beggar who was below 14 years of age.
According
to the new amendment, strict action will now be taken against the organizers of
systematic begging and solicitation and the masterminds of this racket.
Assholes are a stain on society. In order to prevent them, it is inevitable to
make strict laws in other provinces and federal levels and to trace professional
groups, and give them severe punishments. We would also like to draw attention
to the fact that beggars include a large number of drug addicts who should
be caught and treated to make them useful citizens of society. Such
training institutions should be established for such persons who beg due to
theft of work where they can learn skills and earn a decent livelihood.

the crisis of the economy will further increase. Pakistan has to remove these
